Seymour's replica of the pickups on the original 54 Stratocaster
®. The same type of
magnet wire is used, as well as the same number of coil
windings. The staggered Alnico 5 rod magnets are hand-ground,
then aged by the exclusive Dun-Aged
™ process; lacquered bobbins and
cloth-braid hookup wire complete the vintage look. Every
detail is included to duplicate the bell-like tone and the
high-end bite that made the vintage Strat

Vintage Flat Strat® model SSL-2
Same as the Vintage Staggered, but with flat magnets. This creates a different magnetic field, producing more midrange. Some players like the tone of the staggered magnet pickups for the Neck and Middle positions, and flat magnets for the Bridge position. The flat magnets allow for the bridge pickup to be set closer to the strings. Robert Cray uses this type of configuration in his autograph model Stratocaster®.

Alnico 2 Pro Staggered Strat® model APS-1
Similar to the Vintage Staggered Stratocaster
®, but made with Alnico 2 magnets. The
Alnico 2 magnets are not as bright as Alnico 5 magnets,
making this the ideal pickup for a guitar that is a little
too bright, or for the player looking for a mellower,
vintage tone.

Custom Staggered Strat® Tapped model SSL-5T
This pickup has the same appearance as a vintage pickup, but it has a stronger magnetic field and custom coil winding. It offers higher output and much more sustain. This pickup has great harmonics and produces a warm, smooth sound. This tapped version lets you switch between a fuller "Texas style" sound and a brighter '50s vintage tone. One of our favorites!

Duckbucker for Stratocaster® model SDBR-1
Such a silly name for a serious pickup! By using true hum cancelling construction, together with a unique split blade, magnetic circuit, Duckbuckers are built are built to duplicate the warm tone and cool output of a vintage Strat® pickup. All the quack, with none of the hum! Duckbuckers offer the advantage of having fully adjustable pole pieces and employ a unique blade/pole piece system to create a narrow magnetic field identical to that found in vintage single coil pickups. You can use a full set of Duckbuckers or put a Little '59 or Little JB in the bridge.

Classic Stack Plus for Strat model STK-S4
Revolutionary design injects tunable “negative hum” into the pickup circuit. Each unit is individually factory pre-tuned to offer the optimal traditional single coil sound with no hum. Three-conductor cable allows splitting for true single coil mode. When three STK-S4s are all split, the middle pickup is RW/RP allowing hum-cancellation when used with the neck or bridge pickup.
