Electronics & Wiring Upgrade Kits for Stratocaster®

Our Stratocaster^® wiring upgrade kits feature many variations to help you nail the tone you are looking for. CTS audio and linear taper pots are used throughout, along with OakGrigsby and CRL switches. Hovland MusiCaps (the drop-top Cadillac of tone capacitors) and Mallory 150 caps (preferred by many) are used for the tone controls and for the treble bypass (in specified kits). These kits include vintage style, cloth insulated wire, and Switchcraft ¼" output jacks.

Each kit has 3 variations:

Vintage: This kit has traditional component values. It is best for 50's style, vintage output pickups.

Vintage-Modern / SRV: This kit has the component values that suit hotter, vintage style pickups for blues etc. This kit is recommended over the Vintage kit for players other than those seeking exact mid 50's spec. parts.

Modern: This kit has the component values that suit many modern pickups. Same values as stock components in most current Fender Stratocasters^®.
